SHORT COURSES
Short courses are warm and friendly spaces where you can step into embodied inquiry alongside other curious souls. Together we explore some of the fundamental territories of being human:body, sensation, desire, grief, intimacy, creativity, sexuality, relationship and eros. These spaces are open to everyone.
There is something precious that becomes possible in a group. We encounter ourselves through other people. We witness different bodies, histories, desires, rhythms and ways of moving through the world. We discover where we contract, where we expand, what ignites our curiosity, what we recognise in one another and what remains beautifully different. The group becomes part of the inquiry: a living place to practise attention, expression, consent and emergence.
These are experiential courses. Ideas from tantra, somatics, depth and process-oriented psychology, creativity and embodied practice give us places to begin. The inquiry then unfolds through experience: movement, sensation, imagination, writing, conversation, silence, creative practice and reflection. You are invited to experiment, notice and discover.
Courses are patterned across the year to follow the seasons. Autumn sees us stepping into our bodies, shedding what we no longer need, venturing deeper into ourselves. Winter sees us into the waters of grief and memory. Spring sees us step into new life with an opening into sacred sexuality and a more explicit focus on sensual energy. Summer opens into eros: vitality, pleasure, relationship and the practice of being vividly alive.
All courses are online. You can join each cycle individually, or you can journey through the year as a whole. Full course info below (later seasons will be added later in the year).

INTO THE BODY
21 October - 1 December 2026 | ONLINE | £350
Take a 6-week deep dive into the inner landscapes of your body. Listen to yourself through the prism of sensation and symbol.
Into the Body is a portal into conscious relationship with your body. Through somatics, tantra, embodiment and depth psychology, explore the memories that live inside you, and the transformative possibilities that inhabit your every movement.
Venture into the world of sense, pleasure and desire. Become curious about the sensations, tensions, gestures and patterns through which your body asks for attention. Listen. Every step of the way this is your journey, your process, your body, your story. This is your earth.
This online course is designed to create the foundations of a meaningful, loving relationship with your body, and the roots for a depth practice of consent.
This is about intimacy with yourself, intimacy with your body, and intimacy with the life around you. The practices and ideas shared in this course will cultivate the ability to stay connected to yourself as you move through the inevitable turbulence of daily life.
This is a journey into self-awareness, acceptance and understanding.
This course is designed to meet you where you are at. Practices are offered as invitations, with different ways to participate. You are encouraged to adapt, observe or pause according to your own body and circumstances. Each person brings their own magic, we all have something to learn from each other.
If you are making your first steps into bodywork and you are curious to build a relationship with your body, this is for you. If you live with a physical disability this space welcomes you. If you are an experienced embodiment practitioner, this is also for you. Our bodies are attuned to the unique subtleties of each passing moment. There is always wisdom and beauty to be found.
Structure
The course will run online for 6 weeks, from Wednesday 21 October to Tuesday 1 December.
Live online sessions will take place each week on Wednesdays from 18:00 - 19:30 (UK time) via Zoom.
Due to the participatory and experiential nature of this space sessions will not be recorded. When booking please make sure you are able to attend all 6 live sessions.
As the year comes to a close we will find our way into the depths of our own earth and enter into active dialogue with our bodies. This will be a slow, deep and loving journey. You will define your own pace every step of the way. Each activity is an invitation. The journey is yours.
Week 1: Story and Sensation
In this opening week we will explore the stories we hold about our bodies, and we will take our first steps into the animate practice of body-mapping.
Week 2: Conversations with my Toes
In the second week we will come into deeper awareness of the individual parts of our bodies. From our toes to our hearts, we will take time to listen and learn how they interrelate and communicate with each other.
Week 3: Deepening into Movement
This week will bring us into relationship with the energies that animate us. We will become curious about our habitual gestures and movements, exploring the sensations, impulses, images and meanings that live inside them.
Week 4: Boundaries and Consent
This week we will take time to learn the shape of our ‘no’, and explore what lives at the edge of our physical and energetic body. We will also connect to our appetites and desires and what it feels like to say a fully embodied ‘yes’.
Week 5: Sensual Awareness
This week we will explore sensuality as a way of coming into fuller contact with the world. We will become curious about pleasure, appetite, receptivity, attraction and aversion. We will dance with sound, flavour and the expansive vocabulary of eros.
Week 6: Subtle Body & Energetic Awareness
In this final week we will weave the body literacy developed over the past weeks into a depth dialogue with our subtle body. We will cultivate energetic awareness and sharpen our ability to attune and respond to this awareness.
Attendance & cancellations
These are live, experiential and participatory sessions. The course is created through what happens between us in the room, so sessions will not be recorded. When booking, please make sure you are able to attend the scheduled sessions. If you miss a session, a recording will not be available afterwards.

BODIES OF WATER
10 February - 30 March 2027 | ONLINE | £350
Take a 6-week deep dive into the waters of your body. Discover what lives beneath the surface of memory, dream and desire.
Bodies of Water is a tender, gentle descent into the waters of your body. Over six weeks we will take time to tend to the memories, desires and experiences that live within our bodies, making space for the experiences we carry beneath the surface.
Through somatic practice, movement, imagination, creativity and dialogue, we will explore how our histories and dreams live and move through us. We will work with sensation, image, gesture and memory, taking time to listen to what emerges without rushing towards resolution.
Winter offers a particular kind of invitation: to move slowly, to stay close to what is hidden, and to let darkness have texture, intelligence and life of its own. We will explore landscapes of grief, memory and desire through sensation, image, gesture, dream and relationship. We will practise staying alongside our experience long enough for it to speak in its own language, allowing what has been long carried inside of us to become seen, felt and held in relationship.
We will work with water as our guide throughout this journey, exploring the relationship between our bodies (of water) and the bodies of water that run through the earth. This is an embodied exploration into the principles of ecological healing.
This is a slow and sensitive journey into depth. A space to honour what has shaped us, allow what has been held in the dark to be met with warmth and love, and enter into relationship with the emergent shapes inside us. From these deeper waters, we make space for desire, pleasure and new life to move.
This is a journey into depth, and also into love. We will move slowly, attentively and lovingly into dialogue with the parts of ourselves that choose to open up on this journey. This is trauma informed and tender work, and will be held with integrity and care. Group spaces will be held with devotion. The pace will be slow and actively guided by practices of consent. You will be reminded back to yourself regularly.
The course is currently being developed. Further information will be shared here.
